Safety Officer

Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to ensure a secure environment for our premises, tenants, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular premises inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
· Ensure full compliance with local and international safety regulations.
· Promote safety awareness and initiatives across the organization.
· Collaborate with management and tenants to address safety concerns promptly.
· Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing safety programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
· 2-3 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.
· Good knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and international guidelines.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential hazards.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
· Mandatory Certifications (Required): IOSH Certification and NEBOSH Certification
