✅ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures
✔ Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
✔ Monitor the use of PPE and enforce safety protocols
✔ Assist in risk assessments and hazard identification
✔ Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
✔ Maintain safety records and performance metrics
✔ Promote safety awareness through training and communication

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
✔ NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
✔ 10+ years of safety experience in the Oil & Gas sector (Qatar/Middle East preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management software
