Mackeen Technology, a Channel Partner of Vodafone Qatar, is a leading provider of telecommunications services for the consumer segment in Qatar, delivering advanced solutions that support the needs of large enterprises and government entities through a B2B2C corporate offering.
 About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Vodafone telecom products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service.

B. Brief Job Description:

• Act as the primary contact for customers, fostering strong and lasting professional relationships. Understand client needs and recommend tailored telecom solutions that improve satisfaction and retention.

• Contact potential customers and introduce telecom products and services.

• Generate new sales and achieve monthly targets.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.

• Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.

• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Most of the time will be spent on outdoor sales, targeting high-value customers.


C. Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outdoor sales.

• Previous telecom sales experience is preferred.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Languages: Arabic and English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Basic computer skills.

• Preferred age under 40 years.

• Valid QID with at least 3 months validity.

• Qatari Driving License is highly required.
