Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Real Estate.
-Minimum 8 years of experience in leasing, property management, sales and real estate
-Supervise a team of sales & leasing consultants to always ensure maximum occupancy of rental units and high renewal rate.
-Develop and implement policies necessary for improving profitability and efficiency of the leasing department.
-Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned time to time based on business requirements.
