Sales & Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive growth in Qatar. This is a opportunity for a target-oriented individual to build a rewarding career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong B2B client relationships in the logistics sector.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
· Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
· 5–10 years of proven B2B sales experience in Logistics or Warehousing.
· Native fluency in Arabic is required, with strong English communication skills.
· Solid understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Must be based in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
