Description:

We are looking for a proactive and technical Sales Engineer specializing in CCTV & ELV systems to join a leading team in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze tender documents, client specs, and design customized CCTV/security solutions.
• Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Prepare detailed technical & commercial proposals for CCTV, access control, and surveillance projects.
• Conduct site visits, assess project scope, and ensure compliance with local/international regulations.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and technical teams to develop competitive bids.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and material procurement.
• Stay updated on the latest CCTV technologies, software, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in a relevant Engineering field or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and sales engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV cameras, network equipment, and security software solutions.
• Proven ability in tender analysis, cost estimation, and proposal preparation.
• Excellent communication, client management, and project coordination skills.
