We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to bring in new business—especially in the manpower supply and outsourcing sector.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in Qatar/GCC market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and HR managers
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms
Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
🎯 Requirements:
4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manpower / staffing / outsourcing
Strong network in industries like construction, FM, hospitality, logistics, or oil & gas
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid Qatar driving license is a plus
