Roles and Responsibilities (General across positions):
- Contribute to the growth and operational excellence of Yoocha Matcha's business lines
- For sales roles: Develop B2B or HoReCa client relationships, manage accounts, and drive revenue
- For marketing roles: Coordinate influencer partnerships, campaigns, and brand visibility
- For HR and logistics: Oversee organizational processes, employee relations, and supply chain operations
- Barista/Mixologist: Prepare high-quality beverages and contribute to product innovation

Requirements:
- Relevant experience based on the applied position (Sales, Marketing, HR, F&B, or Logistics)
- Arabic-speaking candidates preferred for Sales roles; Tagalog-speaking for designated Coordinator role
- UAE driving license required for Barista/Mixologist role
- Passion for the F&B industry, especially matcha and specialty beverages
- Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
