Sales & Product Specialist

Description:

This role is ideal for a commercially driven healthcare professional who combines sales expertise with strong product and technical knowledge and enjoys working closely with healthcare professionals and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
·        Identify new business opportunities and acquire new healthcare accounts.
·        Promote and sell assigned medical products and solutions.
·        Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, evaluations, and user training.
·        Provide technical and clinical support to healthcare professionals and biomedical teams.
·        Build strong relationships with customers, healthcare facilities, and principal manufacturers.
·        Coordinate with Clinical Applications, Service, Logistics, Procurement, and other internal teams to ensure successful product implementation and customer support.
·        Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and product utilization.
·        Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, customer visit reports, and activity reports.
·        Support tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals when required.
·        Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and QMS requirements.

Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
·        3–7 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, clinical applications, product specialization, or related commercial roles.
·        Experience in medical equipment, diagnostics, healthcare solutions, or related industries is preferred.
·        Experience in technical product demonstrations and customer training is highly desirable.
