Sales Supervisor

Premium Solutions Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the FMCG sector for a Sales supervisor specializing in Soft Drinks & Beverages in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies for soft drink products.
· Manage distribution channels and ensure strong market coverage.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key accounts.
· Monitor stock, market trends, and competitor activity.
· Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
· Oversee merchandising, product visibility, and promotional execution.
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in FMCG, preferably in soft drinks or beverages.
· Good knowledge of Qatar’s market and distribution channels.
· Good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Valid Qatar driving license preferred. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar and currently available in the country.
