Description:

Tridy HR Services is hiring an SAP EHS Specialist for a long-term mandate supporting QatarEnergy operations. We aren't looking for slide-deck consultants. We're looking for a builder who can configure, troubleshoot, and fix EHS sub-modules in a high-pressure energy environment.

The Mission:
Own the functional configuration for SAP EHS (Product Safety, Waste Management, and Occupational Health).
Execute full-lifecycle Business Process Design and Gap Analysis—not just document it.
Bridge the gap between IT and OT, ensuring compliance with IEC 62443 standards.
Provide tier-3 support for end-users, solving complex system bottlenecks that others escalate.

Hard Gates:
3+ Years of hands-on SAP Functional configuration (S/4HANA preferred).
Production Experience: Must prove you have handled a live system refresh or migration.
Local Nuance: Knowledge of Qatar’s regulatory requirements for hazardous materials and industrial hygiene.
