🔹 4-8 years of progressive Fieldglass experience, including Contingent Workforce Management
🔹 2-3 full-cycle implementations of Fieldglass, from planning to post-go-live support
🔹 Expertise in Fieldglass integration with SAP SFSF, ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP LMS
🔹 Strong background in process optimization and solution scalability
🔹 Knowledge of vendor management & data security practices for contingent workforce management
