SAP HR-ABAP Skill Set:

• Should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP HR-ABAP
• Working experience in HR sub modules like Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Performance Management and Payroll
• Well versed and in depth experience in SAP Workflows configurations, build and troubleshooting.
• Rich work experience in Adobe Forms , HCM Process and forms.
• Strong experience in HR Info types and authorizations
• Very strong in ABAP CDS, OData & UI Annotations
• Rich experience in Interfaces, Web services, ABAP Proxies. E.g. Biometric integration process
• Leave Request process Enablement in ESS and Fiori
• Well Experience on reports like Payroll Register, Employee Payslip Report ( Country Specific), Gratuity / Superannuation Report (Country Specific ),
• Wage type reports, Employee Master Data Reports & Employee Attendance Reports, Leave balance/ Encashment.
• Astute in faster learning and understanding of business requirement
• Good in preparing Technical specification documentation
