Scrum Master

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have:
✅ 11+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master
✅ Proven track record of leading 3–4 Scrum teams using Agile methodology and practices
✅ Expertise in removing impediments, conflict resolution, and team coaching
✅ Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
✅ Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and collaborate with Product Owners
✅ Hands-on experience in planning and driving Scrum implementations
✅ Strong knowledge in tracking & reporting: Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Burn down, Work allocation, Team Mood, Action items & Quality matrix
✅ Experience managing Scrum ceremonies as well as other stakeholder meetings
✅ Ownership of Sprint Planning and Project Management activities (Project Plan, Scheduling & Cost Management)
