Senior Account Manager

Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, friendly individual who can manage and nurture a range of client accounts. Organized and a multi-tasker by nature, you will support client’s marketing campaigns, branding projects, social media activities and more!

What you’ll do:

• Be the main focal point for clients
• Independently manage client projects, liaising both with clients and designers to provide the best outcome for all.
• Lead internal and client meetings efficiently and confidently
• Write clear creative briefs and lead clear communication with both client and design teams.
• Understand, clarify and communicate client requests as well as changes to internal teams
• Be busy with a range of projects, and not be afraid to ‘get your hands dirty’

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of creative agency experience.
• Bachelors degree in related field
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Creative thinker and a problem solver
• Positive and flexible
