✅ Key Requirements:
• 15+ years IT experience, with strong exposure to software architecture & solution design
• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Microservices
• Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in Enterprise Integration Patterns, SOA, API Management
• Strong database knowledge (RDBMS, NoSQL, Distributed Databases)
• Hands-on with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation tools
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, data protection, compliance
• Proven ability to lead architecture teams & mentor engineers
