Senior Collaboration Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer with expertise in Cisco Voice, IP Telephony, UC, and Webex Services, along with strong presales and partner enablement skills. The ideal candidate will hold a CCIE Collaboration certification and have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and supporting collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and optimise Cisco collaboration solutions (Voice, IP Telephony, UC, Webex).
Provide presales support, including technical proposals, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions.
Guide and advise partners on implementation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Cisco collaboration technologies.
Mentor junior engineers and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:
CCIE Collaboration certification (mandatory).
10+ years of experience in Cisco collaboration solutions (CUCM, Unity, IM&P, Expressway).
Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, MGCP, and QoS.
At least 4+ years of experience in presales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud collaboration (Webex Calling, UCM Cloud).
Knowledge of scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell).
