Senior Contracts Engineer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Engineer to support a major Oil & Gas project in Qatar. The successful candidate will lead pre-award contract and tendering activities for FEED and EPC projects, ensuring commercial excellence and compliance throughout the procurement process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage tender and contract documentation
• Develop bidder lists and conduct pre-qualification evaluations
• Coordinate technical and commercial tender evaluations
• Prepare techno-commercial evaluation reports and recommendations
• Draft and administer contracts for project requirements
• Support contract negotiations, variation orders, and claims management
• Prepare Tender Committee and Project Steering Committee submissions
• Provide post-award contract administration support

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
✔ Minimum 10 years of contract administration experience in the Oil & Gas industry
✔ Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual practices
✔ Experience with SAP
✔ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
✔ Middle East experience preferred
✔ Arabic language skills are an advantage
