Senior Cost Control Engineer

Description:

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 08-10 years of GCC experience in planning, cost control and projects control.
2. Strong experience in cost estimation, budget preparation, project cost monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis and using Primavera P6.
3. Familiarity with project controls procedures, progress measurement and coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
4. Certifications such as PMP and CCP are considered an added advantage.
5. Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
