Senior Designer

Description:

Looking an experienced Senior Designer- Piping & Layout MPH to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piping design, with at least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop piping layouts and designs using Smart 3D (S3D) software for offshore oil and gas fixed platform projects
- Create and review technical drawings and 3D models for piping systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards
- Perform pipe support activities, including designing and detailing supports for various piping systems
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, including structural and mechanical teams, to ensure integration of piping systems within overall project designs

Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Piping
- Certification in Smart 3D Software (S3D)
- Proficiency in Smart 3D (S3D) software is essential
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microstation is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in piping design within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on offshore projects
