Senior Facilities Electrical Engineer

Estithmar Holding (Qatar) is hiring a Senior Facilities Electrical Engineer – Full-Time. Oversee complex MEP systems, manage teams, and ensure compliance with UPDA standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
· Manage and coordinate with external service providers and contractors.
· Ensure all facilities operations comply with UPDA standards and local regulations.
· Lead technical audits, prepare reports, and implement continuous improvement plans.
· Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget.

Requirements:
· A minimum of 7-8 years of direct experience in Facilities Management, specifically within Qatar or the GCC region.
· UPDA Certification is mandatory.
· Proven track record in managing MEP systems and leading service provider teams.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Preference will be given to candidates proficient in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
· Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.
