Senior Hvac Commissioning Technician

Description:

Eram Services is hiring a Senior HVAC Commissioning Technician to lead commissioning activities for mechanical systems across major projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HVAC and mechanical system commissioning activities
• Develop commissioning plans, checklists, and test procedures
• Perform functional testing of systems such as AHUs, chillers, boilers, and pumps
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
• Coordinate with project teams and ensure smooth commissioning execution

Skills and Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC and mechanical commissioning
• Strong knowledge of building systems and automation
• Hands-on experience with chillers, AHUs, pumps, and control systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects

Preferred:
• Certification such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP)
• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills
