Role: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Skills: Akamai WAF/BMP, Arbor DDOS, EDR/MDR/XDR, F5 ASM, Fortinet IPS, Fortinet Sandbox, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Defender, Sandboxing, Symantec Bluecoat Proxy

* Minimum Experience of 7 years in IT Infrastructure including with specialization in one areas such as network or end user computing or data centre

In depth knowledge in ITIL based processes

* Manage and execute installations and upgrades

* Monitoring and troubleshoot of system failures or infrastructure incidents in the area of specialization

* Resolution of incidents and problems as per the ITIL standards.

* Perform RCA and take remedial or preventive actions

* Asset Management & Configuration management as per ITIL standards
