We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager IT Project Management to join a prestigious financial institution in Doha. This role requires strong programming skills, experience in financial services, and expertise in application programming and RDBMS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shareholder & Financial: Analyze and align software changes with the Group’s long-term strategy.
- Customer (Internal & External): Build strong relationships across departments to meet business needs.
- Internal Processes: Develop, test, and revise applications to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Learning & Knowledge: Stay current with system design and application development best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in financial services, specializing in application programming.
- Expertise in RDBMS and programming languages.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred).
