Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and support D365 F&O enterprise solutions using X++, extensions, event handlers, Chain of Command, and delegates.
- Develop and maintain forms, tables, classes, data entities, queries, workflows, and SSRS reports.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, OData, custom services, JSON/XML, and Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Handle data migration, recurring integrations, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.
- Manage role-based security, duties, privileges, security policies, and XDS.
- Troubleshoot issues, debug code, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application, SQL, batch, and reporting performance.
- Manage deployments across Dev, UAT, Sandbox, and Production using Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio, and LCS.
- Conduct code reviews, guide junior developers, prepare technical documentation, and provide production support within SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, business users, Microsoft support, and external vendors.
Technical Skills: D365 F&O, X++, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SSRS, DMF, Data Entities, OData, REST APIs, Custom Services, Azure DevOps, LCS, Git, Batch Framework, and Role-Based Security.
Domain Exposure: Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, HR, Payroll, Fixed Assets, AP, AR, and General Ledger.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, OOP concepts, enterprise implementations, and the full project lifecycle—from implementation and UAT to go-live and production support. Excellent debugging, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
