QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ Years of experience in oracle apps with 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant or Analyst.
• Proven experience with at least two full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
•
Expert-level knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., ORC, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent Acquisition, Compensation) Talent Management (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Goal Management).. Specific expertise in the Oracle Payroll Cloud is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM technical tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, Page Composer, and Application Composer
• Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud security architecture and role-based security models.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in one or more modules are highly preferred
