Senior Product Compliance Manager

Description:

As a Senior Product Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing compliance products and systems, and identify enhancement opportunities for both existing and potential new solutions
• Developing and liaising with compliance and internal stakeholders to build compliance product solutions
• Evaluating and improving compliance product performance by tracking key metrics and notifications
• Supervising project progression of respective teams and ensure all stakeholders are updated on the latest status
• Formulating and employ processes and procedures for tasks associated with regulator product operation, incident management, reporting, and communication

Ideally, you will have the following experience:

• Over 8 years of experience in Compliance/Risk related product management roles, preferably in Finance or Technology industry. 2+ years of leadership experience
• Extensive understanding of US Regulation in DeFi products.
• Proven track record in launching Compliance features products
• Proficiency in agile development, and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Based outside the US.
• Fluency in English
