Senior Project Manager

Description:

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a client in Qatar for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage strategic projects, preferably within a healthcare environment. The role requires strong leadership, project governance expertise, and the ability to drive complex initiatives while ensuring stakeholder alignment and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with stakeholder expectations
Plan, allocate, and manage project resources to ensure smooth execution and avoid bottlenecks
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities effectively
Track project progress, milestones, and KPIs; prepare and present regular status reports
Identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment
Support the Executive Director - Quality, Patient Safety & Innovation with administrative and project-related functions
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and strategic information

Requirements :

Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (PhD preferred)
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable
Minimum 10 years of experience, including 7+ years managing projects, preferably in healthcare
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and reporting frameworks
Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisational, time management, and risk management capabilities
