Senior Qa/qc Mechanical Engineer

Description:

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years of Total experience, including at least 10+ years of GCC experience in Oil & Gas EPC/Construction projects in QA/QC roles.
2. Must hold relevant certifications such as CSWIP 3.1/3.2, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor, ASNT Level II and other applicable QA/QC certifications.
3. Strong focus on Quality Assurance (QA) systems and implementation within large-scale Oil & Gas projects.
4. Proven experience in preparing and implementing Project Quality Plans (PQP), ITPs, method statements, material approvals, WPS/PQR qualifications, inspection coordination, NCR management, audits and documentation control.
5. Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, third-party inspectors and internal construction teams to ensure full compliance with project specifications and QA standards.
6. Strong reporting, documentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
