Description:
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Lead the hotel’s sales team and set sales targets
• Develop & execute sales strategies to drive revenue
• Manage key corporate & travel agency accounts
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities
• Deliver sales presentations and close high-value deals
• Represent the hotel at industry events and build networks
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business/Marketing or related
• 7–8 years Experience, including 3+ years in a senior Hospitality sales role.
• Strong leadership & team management capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Excellent negotiation & client relationship skills
