Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategy and attract top talent for a rapidly growing organization.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies across multiple departments
• Lead and mentor recruitment teams
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs
• Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with Qatar labor laws

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 6+ years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in GCC markets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms
• Strategic thinking and data-driven approach
