Shift Supervisor

Mekdam Holding is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, safety-focused environment with a leading LNG facility.

🎯 Job Purpose:
To lead and coordinate shift activities ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations of LNG OTS in line with company procedures and HSE standards.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and support shift personnel for optimal plant operations
✅ Act as emergency response leader during onsite incidents
✅ Review and approve Permit to Work (PTW) and isolation procedures
✅ Maintain clear communication across departments
✅ Prepare shift reports and ensure smooth handovers
✅ Coach and mentor team members to build operational competency
✅ Ensure full HSE compliance and strong housekeeping standards

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
– Diploma or Bachelor's in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
– 8+ years in oil & gas, with 3+ years in a supervisory role (LNG experience preferred)
– Deep understanding of LNG operations and safety best practices
