Showroom Manager

Description:

Recruitment Requirements:
• 3–5 years of proven experience in showroom/retail management
• Previous experience in a Watch Showroom is mandatory
• Strong leadership, team management, and sales skills
• Experience in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and cash handling
• Strong customer service and complaint-resolution skills
• Good understanding of basic accounting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Based in Qatar with valid QID & NOC
• Immediate joiners preferred
