• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar Site Engineer – Electrical role
• Previous PWA Approval and UPDA/MMUP Certification are mandatory
• Strong roads & infrastructure experience, consultancy background, valid QID, and immediate availability in Qatar
