Software Support Engineer

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts, security, configurations, updates, and patches and ensure system availability and SLA compliance.

Diagnose, resolve, and escalate issues and maintain accurate records and progress updates.

Maintain knowledge base, support ITIL processes, and improve procedures.

Troubleshoot Linux apps, distributed systems, and Java apply scripting skills, collaborate with internal teams and customers.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the related field.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cyber security.

Solid scripting/programming skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).

Arabic and/or French language skills are an advantage.
