Sr. Installer Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Installer Specialist to join our high-performing technical team, delivering critical infrastructure and data center solutions.

Responsibilities:
· Install, splice, terminate, and test SCN - Copper cables (CATX).
· Perform testing and visual fault locating.
· Interpret SCN schematics, network layouts, and installation blueprints.
· Maintain and troubleshoot SCN and related infrastructure.
· Ensure full compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
· Accurately document all installation and maintenance activities.
· Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure on-time service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:
· 3-Year Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
· BICSI IN225: Installer 2 certification (mandatory).
· OEM training certifications (Corning, Nexans, Commscope, Panduit).
· Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
· Strong knowledge of fiber optic standards and best practices.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Experience Required:
· Minimum 5 years of relevant GCC experience in SCN installation and maintenance.
· Proven experience in structured cabling systems and data center environments.
· Proficiency with SCN tools and equipment.
· Strong knowledge of safety procedures and quality assurance standards.
