JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Discipline Lead Engineer and Discipline Manager, the candidate will assume sole responsibility for assigned mechanical engineering work as per project scope

Skills & Experience:
Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 12+ yrs in oil and gas with major contractor or consultants.
- Perform conceptual, FEED and detailed engineering and design as per design basis, project specifications, clients specification and procedures, design codes and standards.
- Familiar with relevant design and analysis software’s.
- Experienced in performing / preparing the following tasks / deliverables, as per project scope:
> Mechanical Data Sheet
> Equipment Specifications
> Material Requisition for Inquiry and Purchase,
> TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) and Tabulation
> VDR (Vendor Document Review)
> For Rotating: Design as per applicable international standards like API 610, API 675, API 682, ISO 5199, API 618, API 617, etc
> Equipment GAD, Nozzle orientation drawing, detailed fabrication drawing (as applicable in scope).
> Working knowledge on SHELL DEP is preferred.
> Experience in attending progress review, design review, clarification meeting with Client.
- Qatar regional project execution experience is preferred.
- Having experience in following equipments:
> Gas Lift Compressor
> IA Compressor
> FW Pumps & Tank
> Biocide Injection
> After Cooler
> EOT Crane
> Knock Out Drums
> Nitrogen Generation Package
