Sr. Planning Engineer

Description:

*Key Responsibilities:*
✅ Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop & monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
✅ Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track milestones, prepare reports, and conduct project reviews
✅ Resource Allocation & Management: Optimize personnel, materials & equipment allocation
✅ Risk Management: Identify & mitigate schedule/budget risks
✅ Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with engineering, procurement & construction teams
✅ Change Management: Assess impact of scope changes & update schedules
✅ Client & Stakeholder Communication: Present reports & risk assessments
✅ Document Control: Maintain project planning documentation
✅ Team Leadership & Training: Mentor junior engineers & promote teamwork
