Stock Auditor

Description:

Nbox Logistics is looking for a meticulous and experienced Stock Auditor to join our warehouse operations in Doha. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct daily cycle counts, random checks, and comprehensive stock audits.
· Verify physical stock against Warehouse Management System (WMS) records.
· Investigate and resolve discrepancies in GRN, putaway, and picking processes.
· Reconcile inventory data and prepare detailed audit reports.
· Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO rules and maintain accurate documentation.
· Work extensively with SKU codes, batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, pallet IDs, and bin locations.

Requirements:
· 1–3 years of experience in inventory control or stock auditing (experience in 3PL/Logistics is a plus).
· Hands-on experience managing and verifying SKU-level inventory is a must.
· Working knowledge of WMS or ERP systems.
· Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
· Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
· Proficiency in English is required, Arabic language skills are preferred.
