Supervisor Rigging

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with strong rigging expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in oil & gas or steel industries and the ability to manage site operations while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate rigging activities at site
• Ensure lifting operations are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
• Lead and guide rigging teams to achieve project objectives
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports
• Coordinate with site engineers and other departments

Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Steel industry
• Strong hands-on rigging experience
• Valid Third-Party Rigger Certificate (mandatory)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
