Support Engineer

 

Description:

Strong experience in Service Desk operations & incident management
Hands-on support for desktop/laptop PCs, mobile devices & peripherals
Knowledge of ITIL, SLA frameworks, and service delivery processes
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues independently
Understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and asset management
Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector (onshore & offshore) is a must
Excellent communication skills and ability to support end-users effectively
