We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sushi Chef from the Philippines to join our fine-dining restaurant team in Albania.

Prepare and present high-quality sushi, sashimi, and Japanese dishes with artistic precision

Handle and select premium seafood ensuring top freshness and compliance with food safety standards

Design and execute creative sushi menus aligned with fine-dining expectations

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation
Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team for exceptional dining service

Engage with guests professionally, sharing knowledge of Japanese cuisine

Proven expertise in sushi preparation, knife techniques, and seafood handling

Creative flair in menu design and presentation

Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety

Ability to work under pressure in a high-end restaurant environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
International experience is an advantage
