Description:
Key Responsibilities
-Identify, source, and attract suitably qualified candidates through various channels, including but not limited to job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms
-Review applications, evaluate candidate qualifications and experience, conduct initial screening interviews, and prepare a shortlist of candidates in accordance with the specified requirements
-Prepare, publish, and manage job advertisements and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the Company’s employer branding and market presence
-Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, and ensuring adherence to agreed timelines
-Liaise with Hiring Managers to obtain a clear understanding of role requirements and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with project and organizational needs
-Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of all candidates and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create internal HR database

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates effectively
- Strong understanding of Engineering roles and disciplines
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Time management and multitasking
- Understanding of labor laws and hiring practices
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

GCC experience is a must
