Technical Buyer/procurement Officer

Description:

Mannai Energy is looking for an experienced Technical Buyer (Procurement Engineer) to join our team. If you are skilled in procurement for MEP & FM services and have a strong technical background.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum 5 years in procurement for MEP & FM services.
· Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction materials, specifications, and services.
· Excellent procurement, communication, and negotiation abilities.
· In-depth knowledge of suppliers and manufacturers in the Facility Management and MEP sectors.
Responsibilities:
· Procure equipment, FM materials, spares, and systems per project specs.
· Review offers and material/service requests for compliance.
· Conduct forecasting, spend analysis, and market research.
· Ensure timely delivery of materials within budget.
· Maintain procurement processes focused on time, cost, and quality.
· Build and maintain positive supplier/subcontractor relationships.
