Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field

Experience:
6-10 years of IT experience (based on position level)
Minimum 5 years in Healthcare/Hospital industry
Hands-on experience with healthcare systems and clinical workflows

Certifications:
Role-specific certifications (e.g., CHCIO, CAHIMS, CPHIMS, TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, HL7, FHIR, Cerner)
