Technician

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oil Sampling Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing oil samples-including transformer oil, lubricants, and petroleum products-from various operational and production stages. Your work ensures compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collecting samples of Transformer Oil, Lube oil and petroleum products from various stages of the Operation, production such as storage tanks and pipelines. Conduct field trips to collect samples when required. Perform on-site or in- situ testing when required.

2. Responsible for maintaining laboratory sampling equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results. Support Regular laboratory activities as needed.

3. Adheres to the QA/QC practices of the laboratory. Follow strict safety procedures to prevent accidents and minimize the risk of exposure to hazardous materials.

4. Maintain and assist technicians in accurate records of the samples collected, tests performed, and results obtained. May also be responsible for interpreting the results of their tests and determining whether the samples meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

5. Follows laboratory or site standard safety rules and regulations. Ensure that sampling and testing activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements

6. You should be ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING Background
