Description:

Candidates must hold a Diploma in Instrumentation or a Secondary School Certificate with Instrumentation Trade Certification. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of maintenance experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry is required.
Candidates must be eligible for Qatar Energy Permit to Work (PTW) Level 1 – Work Site Supervisor.

1. Applicants should have strong skills in troubleshooting and maintaining field instrumentation such as transmitters, control valves, analyzers, level transmitters, switches, detectors, and F&G equipment. Experience with control systems like DCS, SCADA, ESD, and F&G is essential. Knowledge of platforms such as Honeywell, ABB, Yokogawa, Hima, Allen Bradley, Modicon, and Siemens is highly preferred.
2. The role involves independent fault finding, installation, maintenance, and overhauling of instrumentation and control systems across pipelines, stations, and loading terminals.
3. Fluency in English, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are required.
