Description:

You will be the voice of our company, responsible for introducing our services to new customers and generating high-quality leads. Your primary goal will be to build a strong pipeline for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming calls from prospective customers and conduct outbound cold calls.
· Use scripts effectively to provide clear information about product features, benefits, and prices.
· Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and complete sales orders.
· Accurately update and maintain the customer database.
· Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the Sales Manager.
· Work towards achieving and exceeding progressive sales targets.
Requirements:
· An excellent communicator with a clear and persuasive phone manner.
· Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales targets.
· Organized and able to manage a database and weekly reporting.
· A quick learner who can master product details and service benefits.
