Training Operations Supervisor

Description:

1. Health & Safety – Training, operations, and accreditation
2. Operations Supervision – Education, training, or service industry
3. Learning & Development (L&D) / HR – Training coordination and learning operations

Key Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Training Operations, Health & Safety Training, or the Education & Training sector
- Experience leading and supervising teams
- Strong knowledge of training accreditations, compliance, and operational documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred
