Training Supervisor

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Training Supervisor to join a leading industrial organization in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Coordinate internal & external training programs
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS)
• Prepare training calendars and reports
• Coordinate with training vendors and stakeholders
• Track employee learning and training effectiveness
• Maintain training records and documentation
• Support employee capability development initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training Coordination
• Experience in LMS administration and corporate training processes
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Oil & Gas / Industrial sector experience preferred
• CIPD / SHRM / Certified Trainer certification is an advantage
